We gladly and routinely accept out of state Cerakote work. Shipping us your firearm is simple and easily, with a couple options available. As a licensed dealer you can legally ship directly to us and, in most states, return directly back to you. Here’s how:
UPS shipping is our preferred method, but will require a firearms dealer account to initiate. That’s what we are here for!
1.) Contact us to initiate shipping.
2.) We will send you a prepaid shipping label (cost will be added to final invoice). We will just need package dimensions and weight, and the preferred drop-off location information.
3.) Place your firearm in a sturdy, unmarked box and secure package for shipment. ALWAYS ENSURE YOUR FIREARM IS UNLOADED AND CLEAR OF ANY AMMUNITION BEFORE PACKAGING. NEVER SHIP A LOADED FIREARM!
4.) Attach shipping label, and drop at your selected UPS location for delivery. Do not mark on the box that it contains a firearm.
5.) Once your project is complete, we will arrange return shipping and send a single payment link via text or email.

You can also ship to us yourself via USPS for certain firearms. Please be advised they may require a copy of our Federal Firearms License before accepting shipment. Just contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

If you prefer, you can utilize a local FFL of your choosing to arrange a dealer to dealer transfer. Just confirm in advance that they are willing to initiate and receive the transfer, and share contact info. We will handle the rest. Just a note, we will not charge a transfer fee for any inbound Cerakote work. However, your receiving dealer may require a small transfer fee when returning the firearm to you.
